Our story.
Our shared purpose.

Progress is stronger
when it’s shared.

A community’s future is built on the places where people learn, receive care, live and find opportunity.

Established in 2014 and supported by Barrick’s Lumwana Mine, Lumwana Community Trust invests in community infrastructure for the Mumena, Mukumbi and Matebo chiefdoms.

From classroom blocks and science laboratories to a mini hospital, lodges and housing units, the Trust’s work is helping build lasting community assets.
